These cookies let us measure how well our advertising works and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. We use Google Ads, including its remarketing and audience features, together with the Meta Pixel. 3. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services can receive data about your visit. Each of them applies its own privacy and cookie policy.
- Google LLC – Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Maps
- Meta Platforms Inc. – Meta Pixel
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and cookieless web analytics
Meta: After consent, we send PageView, ViewContent, Step01 and Lead events to dataset . We do not attach form answers or contact details to these browser events. The Meta Pixel also receives standard request data such as the current page URL, referrer, browser/device information and IP address. The Conversions API is not enabled by this website.
Google Maps: On pages where we display our clinic address, we embed a map from Google Maps (Google LLC). When the map loads, your browser fetches content directly from Google, which then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy for more information.
Video thumbnails: On our home page we show preview images for patient videos that are loaded from YouTube’s image servers. Google receives your IP address when these images load, but the images themselves set no cookies on your device.
Enhanced conversions: If you send us an enquiry after clicking one of our ads, Google Ads may receive a hashed, irreversible version of the contact details you entered so that the enquiry can be matched to that ad click. The original details cannot be recovered from the hashed value.
4. Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks you to make a choice:
- Accept – the analytics and marketing cookies described above are activated
- Decline – only the essential cookies are used
Until you choose Accept, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and none of the scripts that would set them are loaded. Your choice is stored on your device so that the banner does not appear again on later visits.
To change your choice afterwards, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Choosing Decline there also removes the analytics and marketing cookies and saved campaign attribution already stored on your device. You can block, delete or restrict cookies through your browser settings at any time.
